An excellent experience. I got through on the phone quickly. The triage operator was helpful, professional, and efficient, informing me I would get a phone call (tele consult) within 4 hours. I received a prompt script via text message. Next time, I will call Hello Home Doctor Service first.

I was very impressed with the level of care we received and would recommend this service. The doctor who came to our house was wonderful with my autistic son. We will use them again next time we need an after hours GP.

I have found the team in the call centres and the Doctors to be exceptionally responsive and caring.
The commitments to times and call backs are on a level I have never experienced before.
