Submit your online booking request from 6:00 pm weekdays, 12:00 pm Saturdays, and all day Sundays and public holidays.
Our team will assess your request and arrange the most appropriate after-hours care.

- You consent to Hello Home Doctor Service collecting and using your personal information to assess your request and arrange appropriate after-hours care, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Submitting this form is a request for service only. All requests are triaged before a booking or doctor visit can be confirmed.
- All requests are assessed to determine the most appropriate after-hours care based on your clinical needs, location and doctor availability.
- Hello Home Doctor Service provides after-hours medical care on behalf of your nominated General Practitioner, helping ensure continuity of your healthcare while your regular practice is closed.
- Following your after-hours consultation, your care is returned to your nominated regular General Practitioner, and a clinical report is provided to support your ongoing care.
- You consent to Hello Home Doctor Service contacting you regarding your request.

Your Guide to After-Hours Care
Hello Home Doctor Service is continuing your GP care in the after-hours. Our service will send a doctor to your home when your regular GP is closed for conditions which are not an emergency, but warrants an after-hours doctor.
Our doctors offer a bulk-billed service and treat you and your loved ones in your homes, retirement villages, aged care facilities, disability housing and hotels.

If required, our medical professionals can provide an initial dose of medication during the consultation. Additionally, a prescription may be issued when appropriate, which can be filled at your preferred pharmacy.

A patient report is completed for every patient seen by a doctor from Hello Home Doctor Service. To help us keep your medical care continuous, we ask that you have the name of your General Practitioner or Medical Centre available at the time of making a booking.
How do I make a booking?
Hello Home Doctor Operations in the following hours: –
WEEKNIGHTS from 6:00 pm until 8:00 am the following morning (local time)
WEEKENDS from 12:00 midday Saturday to 8:00 am (local time) Monday
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS all day on public holidays
Our doctors endeavour to be with you generally within two-to-three hours from the time of your call. Our staff will communicate with you throughout this time so you are aware of any delays or when the doctor is on their way to seeing you.
