If you have a valid Medicare Card, DVA Card, Overseas student Health cover, Overseas Visitor Health Cover – There is no out of pocket expense as service is fully bulk billed. For further clarification please speak to one of our friendly staff on 134100 who would be able to answer your queries 24×7.
Preparing for arrival of Doctor
You will get a call from private number before arrival, please have your front lights on and restrain any pets. If you do take any regular medications and have any medical summary, keep it available for doctor. At any stage if you have any change in your symptoms, please call 000 or update on 134100 as applicable. Doctor may be accompanied by chaperone.
Continuity of Care
After Hours doctor works on behalf of your regular GP. Once visit is completed, a report get sent to your GP it is recommended that you should arrange a follow up visit with your GP.
If you do not have a regular GP please advice and we should be able to refer you to one of our subscribing GP clinic in your area.
