Bulk-Billed* After-Hours Care for Eligible Patients
Hello Home Doctor Service bulk bills eligible Medicare and DVA patients for after-hours home visits. Eligibility and service availability are subject to applicable requirements, location and doctor availability.
*Charges may apply. Patients will be informed of any applicable fees at the time of booking.
We dispatch after-hours doctors who will offer bulk bill facility for the medical treatment rendered to such patients and if the patient holds a Medicare or Veterans Affairs card, then they won’t be required to pay any out-of-pocket charges.
However, failure to hold a valid Medicare or Veterans Affairs card would make you eligible for paying a $200 fee via Credit card when booking your visit.
Supporting Continuity with Your Regular GP
Each time one of our doctors’ visits your home to treat you; the doctor completes a clinical report and we send a copy of the clinical report to your regular GP via email or courier facility on the next working day.
Generally, our panel of doctors advises patients to return to their usual doctor for a detailed follow-up regarding their illness.
